XPO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE Amex: XPO) today announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.75 per share and that it has increased the size of the offering to 8,000,000 shares from the previously announced 6,000,000 shares. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock from XPO solely to cover over-allotments. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Jefferies & Company, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
